We currently have an assignment for a Construction Project Manager I in Arlington, VA, supporting mission critical projects throughout the National Capital Region (NCR). Job Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the day-to-day management of 1 to 2 ongoing construction projects valued from $1M to $30M each.

The responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager I include:

• Assisting the Government in:
  • Site evaluations
  • Field surveys
  • Constructability and code compliance
• Develop the following:
  • Scopes of work
  • Cost Estimates
  • Schedules
• Supporting the Government’s tracking of construction progress, submittals, permit applications and invoicing

Specific qualifications for the Construction Project Manager I include:

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, architecture or construction management*
• Five (5) years of related construction management experience*
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (HSPD-12 fingerprint background check)
