We currently have a great assignment for a Project Engineer. This individual will support our client, an engineering, procurement and construction services firm with projects around the world. Job Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will provide engineering support to the Project Director/Project Manager (PD/PM) and other management staff on multiple nuclear projects at a facility in South Carolina.

Responsibilities of the Project Engineer include:

• Supporting the creation and coordination of overall project plans, cost estimates, budgets and schedules
• Coordinating project deliverables, design documents and bid packages
• Coordinating between design, procurement, material management and construction on technical and schedule requirements
• Helping with the coordination and preparation of project and design reviews
• Analyzing issues and making recommending solutions to problems in accordance with guidelines
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and global standards

Specific qualifications for the Project Engineer include: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant field of study
• Seven (7) years of relevant engineering design / field experience on Federal projects, such as:
  • Department of Energy (DOE)
  • Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Nuclear Operations, preferred
• Must be a US Citizen
