We currently have a great assignment for a Construction Representative. This individual will support our client, a design, program management (PM) and construction management (CM) firm based out of Massachusetts, with projects around the world. Job Responsibilities

The Construction Representative will become a part of our client’s Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) team in Milwaukee, WI. The Construction Representative will perform construction inspection of basic to moderate complexity.

Responsibilities of the Construction Representative include:

• Tracking construction progress
• Monitoring construction activities to confirm conformance with contract documents
• Coordinating material testing (if not supplied by the contractor)
• Processing RFIs and submittals
• Engaging engineering resources as needed
• Preparing daily reports to document progress

Specific qualifications for the Construction Representative include:

• High School diploma or Vocational Technical degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related inspection experience
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and able to travel daily within the Milwaukee area
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
• Basic knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in construction
• Ability to read, understand, interpret and explain construction plans and drawings
• Authorized to work in the US
