In anticipation of an upcoming contract, RealStreet is currently seeking Human Resources (HR) professionals to provide support to the Naval Intelligence workforce across a range of Human Capital functions for the Civilian Intelligence Personnel Office (CIPO). Tasks for these roles will generally fall within the following categories:

  • Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) Policy and Program Management
  • Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and analysis
  • Talent Development Support
  • Staff Manpower Development

We are looking for talented people with Navy and Human Resource Leadership and Talent Management expertise. Once such role is a Human Resources Senior Manager. This is a part-time contract position, based out of Arlington, VA and the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, executing and controlling performance of technical, business and financial services projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters
  • Providing primary interface with client management personnel regarding strategic issues
  • Coordinating all parties to tasks and performing quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and activities for completeness, quality and adherence to customer requirements
  • Delivering presentations and leading client meetings

Specific qualifications for the Human Resources Senior Manager include:

  • Top Secret / SCI Clearance
  • 10 years of progressive experience (at least three years of which were in a managerial capacity) in human capital operations & strategy
  • Knowledge of end-to-end human capital lifecycle particularly within the federal government
  • DCIPS knowledge is required and Navy knowledge is desired
